1. Membership Description:

– Membership Name: The Winter Golf Course.

– Description: Membership for golfers residing in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Austria or Switzerland, which allows unlimited play on the Panorámica golf course located in Spain during a normal year.

2. Eligibility and requirements:

– You must be a resident of one of the countries mentioned.

– Identification documents must be presented at Panorámica Golf & Resort.

– New members cannot have been members of Panorámica Golf previously.

3. Duration and extension:

– Membership lasts for one calendar year.

– The extension is automatic. Members will be notified in advance to confirm renewal or cancellation if they wish.

4. Costs and payments:

– Annual membership fee: €500.

– Special offer: €400 until 31 December 2024.

– Accepted payment methods: Payment link.

– Once registration has been made, the amount is non-refundable.

– In case of non-compliance with the eligibility policies, Stellaris reserves the right to cancel with a penalty of €40 for management fees.

5. Membership Benefits:

– Unlimited access to Panorámica Golf during the membership year.

– Special discounts on accommodation.

– Departure times can be booked up to one month in advance, limited to one active reservation
at a time.

– Membership does not include special conditions for tournaments or special events.

6. Limitations and Responsibilities:

– Winter members can use the facilities as Panorámica members.

– If the facilities are damaged, the partner must bear the costs arising from the damage caused.

– No special rates will apply to buggy, cart or tournament rentals. Only for the right to play.

7. Changes and termination of membership:

– Membership is not transferable.

– Once membership is registered, cancellation is no longer possible.
